Aggregates: The economic significance of aggregates arises from its use as a basic construction material.  Sand gravel, crushed stone, collectively referred as aggregates.  Approximately 50% of all aggregate is used for publicly funded construction projects, buildings and other public works projects.  The production process at United Quarries complies with the exact standards for product quality, environmental awareness and safety.  Aggregates sizes produces are as follows.

Armour Rocks- Boulders: The quarry run rock materials produce at United Quarries are consists of hard durable Gabbro stone, free from mechanical weakness or chemical decomposition etc.  Samples of rock for testing are collected from the face of the quarry that the customers proposes to use for the rock production complying in all respects with customers required standard specifications including apparent specific gravity density, water absorption,  soundness by ASTM methods, and the compressive strength.  The quality control test is regularly conducted to maintain material wise quality of materials produce from United Quarries.

Rocks and aggregates materials manufacture from United Quarries have been and will continue to be tested at a reputed independent laboratories for suitability for use as aggregates and rocks. The test results are consistent with in accepted parameters and meet the BS, ASTM and CIRIA specifications for similar applications as per customer’s requirements.

Rock materials produce are Quarry run, armour rocks, boulders, under layer rocks, Quarry run Sub-base and road base materials of various different sizes:
